KC-105 catalyst is a special-shaped sulfur-resistant CO-shift catalyst with the carrier of magnesium aluminate spinel.
KC-104 is a non-noble metal catalyst developed for protecting the KC series of sulfur-resistant CO-shift catalysts from oxidizing, with the carrier of composite inorganic compounds. It is featured for its outstanding deoxidizing capability, effective in removing or adsorbing the oxygen, tar and dust from the feed gas, which results in extending the working life of sulfur-resistant CO-shift catalysts.
Technical Features:
- High mechanical strength and strength stability.
- Excellent anti-hydrating capacity.
- High catalytic activity and active stability.
- High operating flexibility, with the adaptive capacity for high airspeed and wide water-gas ratio
- Long working life
Working Conditions:
- Temperature: 120 - 420℃
- Pressure: 0.5 – 10.0 MPa
- Airspeed: 1000 - 5000h-1 (dry gas base)
- Deoxidizing level : ≤1ppm
