KC-106 is a sulfur-resistant shift catalyst with an additional function of arsenic removal.
KC-105 catalyst is a special-shaped sulfur-resistant CO-shift catalyst with the carrier of magnesium aluminate spinel. It is suitable for the shift processes of treating sulfurous feed gas form heavy oil, residual oil, asphalt and coal, capable for wide operating condition ranges such as temperature, sulfur content and water-gas ratio. Particularly, it shows its great advantages for the feed gas with high content of coal tar.
KC-105 catalyst provides better overall performances than the similar catalysts at home and abroad, with its high mechanical strength stability and activity stability. The active components, Co and Mo, are in the form of oxides, which need to be sulfurized at the process start-up stage by using sulfur-containing process gas or sulfurizing reagent. KC-105 catalyst does not contain any alkali metal which can be harmful to the equipment or personnel. During the sulfurization stage, only a small amount of water will be produced and discharged along with the process gas without generating any harmful chemicals.
