KC-202 is a SCR denitration catalyst, selectively removing NOx from flue gases under aerobic condition.
Using ammonia as reductant, KC-201 is applicable for NOx removal of the exhaust gas by converting NOx to N2 and H2O. KC-201 is suitable for the nitric acid production process, with the advantages of high efficiency, low ammonia consumption, high stability and long working life.

Catalytic Reactions:
6NO + 4NH3 ------ 5N2 + 6H2O ΔH = -1807.0 kJ/mol
6NO2 + 8NH3 ------ 7N2 + 12H2O ΔH = -2659.9 kJ/mol
Direction for Use:
KC-201
catalyst can be installed in the reactor and used without hydrogen reduction
stage. During process start-up stage, the operating pressure and gas flowrate
is adjusted as per the requirements of the exhaust system. Let the system
stabilize and tune the NH3 amount based on the NO2 content in the exhaust gas in order to control the NO2/
NH3 ratio to a range from 0.95 to 1.05. Control the operating temperature between
240℃ and 420℃; this is beneficial to the selectivity of
KC-102 as well as avoiding the thermal decomposition of NH3 which
may cause secondary pollution.
