The methanol production facility (capacity of 1,800 thousand tons/year methanol) of Pucheng Clean Energy Chemical applies the coal water slurry (CWS) gasification technology, with the axial-radial gasifier at the pressure of 8.7MPa(g) which is the highest pressure CWS gasification system in China. In November, 2016, the facility successfully started up with our pre-sulfided sulfur-resistant CO-shift catalysts (KC-103S) loaded in the converter, leading to a significant reduction of the start-up/maintenance time and costs as well as great economic and environmental benefits. Now we have become the specified catalyst supplier for the CO-shift process for Pucheng Clean Energy Chemical.
